SEV Home Care Recieves the Quality Achievement Award from TMF!

SEV HOME CARE, INC. Recognized for High Quality of Care Local Home Health Agency Receives Home Health Collaborative Award of Excellence/Quality Achievement Award Houston, TX - December 4, 2007 – SEV Home Care, Inc. has received the Home Health Collaborative Quality Achievement Award from TMF Health Quality Institute, the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization for Texas. The Home Health Collaborative Award honors Texas home health agencies that have worked with TMF over the last two years and achieved required levels of improvement in specified quality improvement measures. Agencies that received the Award of Excellence improved in three measures. Agencies that earned the Quality Achievement Award improved in two measures. SEV Home Care, Inc. was awarded the Quality Achievement Award for improvement in Management of Oral Medications and Improvement in
Dyspnea.
